Your data is precious to us and therefore we only use it for our own basis. We do not under any circumstances share your data with any third party.

We only collect the personal data when complete the contact us form or referral form on the website. The common way of contacting you is by telephone and email. If you want to be contact in any other way, please let us know.

All data that we hold, we review on a yearly basis and delete anything we don’t need.

Security

SLP Support Services will ensure that personal data is stored securely using modern software that is kept-up-to-date. Access to personal data shall be limited to personnel who need access and appropriate security should be in place to avoid unauthorised sharing of information. When personal data is deleted this should be done safely such that the data is irrecoverable. Appropriate back-up and disaster recovery solutions are in place.

Consent

In all cases we will ask for your consent to use your data. This consent requires a positive opt-in via contact us form or referral form. You can always remove this consent at any time. Please see ‘right to be removed’.

Right to be removed

As you are in control of the data that we hold on you, you always have the right for us to delete this information from the database; this is your ‘right to be forgotten’. In order to do this, all you have to do is send an email to enquiries@slpsupportservices.com and your data will be removed. We will remove any data within one month of your request.

Right of access

At any time that you would like to see the data that we have on our database, please email enquiries@slpsupportservices.com requesting the data you require. We will respond with your data via email; please specify if you would like your data sent to you in any other format. We will always respond to your request within one month of your request.

Right to complain
